Change is a fact of life in any child care setting. Managers and supervisors need to understand the impact that change has on staff performance and to develop the necessary skills and strategies to handle a wide range of staff behaviors, including denial, job confusion, and anger. This session addresses these critical issues and concludes with several interactive team-building exercises.
