Seder Lessons for Difficult Times 

 

The Passover seder contains profound teachings about security and anxiety,  wealth and poverty, indifference and compassion. In this year when many in our community are struggling economically, come find new meaning in some familiar haggadah texts, and leave with ideas for new additions to this year's seder.

 

Rabbi Michael Fessler--- 9 p.m.

Rabbi Michael Fessler has been serving Congregation B’nai Tikvah in Gloucester County since 2002. A graduate of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, he has a degree in biology from Brown University, and has studied in Israel at the Conservative Yeshiva, Machon Schechter, and in the Melton Senior Educators’ Program at Hebrew University.
