Fed Flash Submission Guidelines

 

Fed Flash is an email newsletter that is sent once a week to over 15,000 individuals and is a collaboration between the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and Jewish Community Voice.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

Fed Flash content must be submitted to fedflash@jfedsnj.org by EOD Wednesday in order to be included in the Friday issue.


You must re-submit your ad every week that you want it to run.
Ads will not automatically be picked up for a second week in a row. 

 

WHO CAN SUBMIT

  • The Jewish Federation family of agencies and local, Jewish nonprofit organizations, such as synagogues and day schools, in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties.
  • Outside organizations must have a 501(c)3 certification and be established in the community for a minimum of 6 months before they are eligible to submit to Fed Flash.

 

​WHAT CAN YOU SUBMIT

  • Outside organizations can submit up to two (2) banner ads and up to three (3) calendar listings per issue.

 

Note: All submissions are reviewed by JFSNJ and may not be included if deemed a conflict of interest with another program.

 

Items submitted that promote an initiative that is in partnership with the Jewish Federation still count as part of your limited number of submissions.

 

 

HOW TO SUBMIT

  • Fed Flash submissions must be emailed to fedflash@jfedsnj.org and include “Fed Flash” in the subject line.
  • The body of your email must include the Fed Flash issue date you are submitting for and the name of your agency/organization.
  • Please include ALL of your Fed Flash content in one email per issue.
  • You may submit your Fed Flash content in advance. Please include the date of issue in the subject line or body of your email.

SUBMITTING A BANNER AD

 

Banner ads should be used to promote upcoming events and will link to more information on your website.
Banner ads may run for two consecutive weeks at a time.

 

To submit a banner ad for Fed Flash, email us the following:

  • Banner ad graphic (600 pixels wide x 275 pixels tall), must include: 
    • Name, date, and time of your event
    • Organization name and/or logo
  • The link to your website for more information/registration

 

You must resubmit your banner ad for each issue of Fed Flash you wish to run it.

SUBMITTING CALENDAR LISTINGS

 

Calendar listings should be used to promote upcoming events and will link to more information on your website.

 

To submit a calendar listing for Fed Flash, email us the following:

 

  • Organization name
  • Event title
  • Event date
  • Event start time
  • The link to your website for more information/registration

 

You must resubmit your calendar listings for each issue of Fed Flash you wish to run it.
