The program offers eligible older adults access to technology, training, and support with weekly virtual group Candoo classes—provided at no cost through the grant—where participants can learn how to use their tablet, laptop, and popular programs, including Zoom, Gmail, Facebook and more. Step by step printed manuals will be provided to follow along.

Made possible by a grant from the Raymond & Gertrude R. Saltzman Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey in partnership with Candoo Tech.


Program runs September 2022 - March 2023

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Jewish

  • Older adults (60+)

  • A resident of Camden, Burlington, or Gloucester Counties

 

Participants will receive:

  • 90-minute 1-on-1 introductory lesson (online or via phone)

  • Group technology classes (online)

  • Concierge support for six months from Candoo Tech

  • Access to Candoo online library, How To Guides, and Videos
