Tzedakah is deeply rooted in the work of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and our family of agencies. As a Federation family we are joining together with you to plant the seeds of tzedakah that will help to nourish a kinder, more giving, and more righteous world for generations to come.

Whether it’s pennies or dollars, EVERY AMOUNT OF TZEDAKAH COUNTS, AND THE POINT IS TO SIMPLY GIVE! Here’s how you can help cultivate giving hands throughout our community:
1. Fill out this form to receive your special JFED tzedakah box.
2. Join in with, and encourage, your loved ones to contribute loose change to the family tzedakah box and, over time, watch how much you can grow your tzedakah together as a team!
3. Count up the tzedakah you raised after three months and contribute the amount to JFund through the form here.
4. Repeat as many times as you’d like, and don’t forget to applaud your loved ones (and yourself) for becoming expert tzedakah givers!
