Following October 7, Brooke spent significant time in Israel volunteering with the Israel Defense Forces, the Asif Culinary Institute, and Shuva Achim, using food as a tool for support and solidarity. In 2025, she raised $260,000 and led Los Angeles’ largest wildfire relief meal effort, feeding thousands of frontline responders and displaced families.

Outside of her work with celebrities and brands, she is deeply committed to giving back.
