Nearly 500 families with a mixture of liberal thought and traditional practice. Founded in Willingboro in 1959. Sisterhood, Men's Club, senior and junior youth groups, Y.E.S. (Young Exceptional Seniors), congregational and youth choirs, and youth instrumental/guitar groups. Inreach and outreach programs and bikkur cholim group (visiting people in hospitals and homes). Adult education program throughout the year with adult Bar/Bat Mitzvah and confirmation, an adult retreat, and an Arts Weekend featuring local Jewish artwork. Social Action group is actively involved in various community good works. 

Shabbat Services are at 7:30 pm on Friday evenings. On the first Friday of the month is a family service, which also begins at 7:30 pm. Saturday services are at 10:00 am. Tot Shabbats, musical services, youth/teen services, and Tu B'Shevat Seder. Several Kabbalat Shabbat BBQs during the summer, as well as worship in the Chapel in the Woods. Adath Emanu-El has its own Shabbat music CD.

Facilities are available for weddings and B'nai Mitzvah receptions, but Bar and Bat Mitzvah ceremonies are available for congregants only. A range of caterers serves the congregation. The Men's Club also provides full catering. Kashrut is not required, but no mixing of milk and meat, pork products, or shellfish are permitted.
