• 152 apartments and 12 cottages for independent older adults, 62 years and older. A full range of social activities, exercise programs, weekly housekeeping services, and a minimum of one meal per day. The community programming is based upon resident needs and the facilities include an indoor lap pool, walking paths, and a fitness and spa area. 
• 78 Long Term Care Beds, offering a full range of skilled nursing services, rehabilitation, religious, and activity programs. 
• 70 Assisted Living Apartments, with 13 of those included with a Memory Impairment Neighborhood. Varying levels of care based upon assessed needs. Housekeeping, meals, and a full range of activity programming. 
• A range of programs for seniors with memory impairment. 
• Scheduled transportation services for independent and assisted living residents. 
• A series of educational programs presented throughout the year to educate members of the professional community in regard to how to deal with challenges our seniors face.

Residents at Saltzman House have access to a variety of service and amenities to help make life as carefree as possible, including bi-weekly housekeeping and laundry services and access to home health aides as needed. Saltzman House also offers a daily, hot Kosher lunch served restaurant-style in a formal dining room from Monday thru Friday and two cold meals for the weekends. If residents prefer, they can have their meals boxed to enjoy in their apartments.
